RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Chino Vision, our goal is to deliver high-quality digital services that exceed your expectations. Due to the nature of digital goods and custom creative work, we maintain the following return and refund policy:

1. No Returns on Digital Products

All services, including but not limited to branding packages, social media management, animations, and video production, are non-returnable once delivered. Digital products are considered used upon delivery and cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Work has not yet begun on the project.

  • A clear and documented service failure has occurred (e.g., undelivered work after the agreed-upon timeline with no communication).

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors have occurred.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We believe in making things right. If the final product does not meet your expectations, we offer a round of revisions (quantity based on the service tier purchased). Refunds will not be issued based solely on dissatisfaction if services have been delivered as described.

4. CancelLations

You may cancel a service before production begins and receive a full refund. Once work has started, only partial refunds (up to 50%) may be considered, depending on how much of the work has been completed.

5. Add-On Services

Add-ons (e.g., rush delivery, paid ad campaign management, website add-ons) are non-refundable once the service has begun.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first violates this policy. We ask that you reach out to us directly at [insert support email] so we can resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
