3. Payments and Billing

  • Payment terms, project pricing, and due dates will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees or project suspension.

  • Subscriptions (if applicable) will auto-renew unless canceled before the billing cycle renews.

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers like Stripe.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Custom Services: Due to the nature of creative work, refunds are not typically offered after significant work has begun.

  • Subscription Services: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

  • If you wish to cancel a project, you must provide written notice. You may be billed for work already completed.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary materials (such as logos, brand guides, or reference material) on time

  • Respond to feedback requests promptly

  • Approve or request revisions within the agreed-upon timeframe

Failure to provide materials or feedback may result in project delays or additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Chino Vision retains ownership of all drafts, project files, and working materials unless otherwise agreed.

  • Upon final payment, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.

  • We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Chino Vision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from marketing efforts or content created.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

8. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality.

Any private information or business strategies shared during the course of a project will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
